Muere Miss Universo Teen 2017 de un ataque cardíaco

“Es increíblemente surrealista que nuestra querida Lotte ya no está con nosotros. Nuestros corazones están destrozados”, escribieron sus padres.

Lotte van der Zee, modelo holandesa y Miss Universo Teen 2017, falleció el pasado miércoles 6 de marzo de 2019, a los 20 años de edad, tras sufrir un ataque al corazón dos semanas atrás, cuando estaba de vacaciones con su familia en Westendorf, Austria, informó el medio local ‘Limburger’.

Sus padres explicaron en el perfil de Instagram de su hija que un día Lotte de repente se sintió mal, lo que poco después derivó en un ataque cardíaco.

La joven fue trasladada a un hospital en Múnich.

Según medios de comunicación, la modelo e influencer holandesa fue inducida a un coma y desde entonces se quedó dormida bajo la supervisión intensiva de los doctores que monitoreaban su salud.

Con el paso de los días, Lotte sufrió fallas de órganos vitales, y finalmente sus familiares decidieron apagar el respirador artificial.

“Teníamos que dejarla ir. Por respeto a Lotte”, comentaron sus padres.

Wij ervaren jullie steun als werkelijk hartverwarmend. Lotte’s situatie is helaas nog onveranderd. Wel is ze inmiddels overgebracht naar een universitair ziekenhuis in München, waar zij nog steeds in kritieke toestand onder intense supervisie van artsen in slaap wordt gehouden. We wilden dit graag persoonlijk met jullie delen en waarderen het respect voor onze privacy gedurende deze moeilijke tijd nog steeds enorm. However, she has now been transferred to an academic hospital in Munich, where she is still kept a sleep under intensive supervision of the doctors in order to monitor her health.
