A pocas semanas de la entrega de los Oscar 2022, la Academia Británica entregó sus máximos galardones.

Una de las grandes candidatas de los BAFTA era “Dune”, la adaptación de ciencia ficción, que contaba con 11 nominaciones, incluyendo Mejor Película y Mejor Guion Adaptado. La cinta dirigida por Denis Villeneuve se consagró como una de las grandes triunfadores de la noche, arrasando en las principales categorías técnicas para las cuales estaba nominada.
